Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tracer: the website, the web app and the Chrome extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
Tracer is a trade journal and behavioral analytics tool. The extension logs simulated trades (paper trading) that you take through its widget; the web app audits them for execution and discipline patterns, and an AI coach discusses them with you. The Service is offered for free, with usage limits (for example, a monthly number of coach messages). Paid plans, when available, will be described on the pricing page.
Not financial advice
No real money is involved in Tracer. Nothing on the website, in the extension or in the AI coach's replies is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any crypto-asset, or an incentive to trade. The coach audits the execution, risk management and emotional discipline of your simulated trades, and it can be wrong. Memecoins are extremely risky: most traders lose money. You are solely responsible for any real trading decision you make.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and provide a valid email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
- Accounts are personal: no reselling, sharing, automated use or abuse of the AI coach.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or to scrape or overload it or the third-party platforms it runs on.
The extension and third-party platforms
The extension appears on third-party platforms (GMGN, Axiom, Terminal) that Tracer does not operate and is not affiliated with. It never places real orders there. These platforms can change at any time, which may temporarily stop the extension from working. You remain bound by their own terms of use.
Your content
Your trades, notes, tags and conversations remain yours. You let us store and process them only to run the Service for you, including sending them to the AI provider when you talk to the coach. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it: data read from third-party pages (market cap, taxes, fees) and simulated results may be inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tracer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any real trading decision you make. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the Service or breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
